Just a week after Tiger 3 dominated the box office, discussions about the upcoming installment, Tiger 4, are ablaze on social media, courtesy of Salman Khan. The actor, renowned for portraying the titular character in the espionage thriller series, engaged in a conversation with Katrina Kaif and a panel of cricket experts during the World Cup 2023 final match sidelines. A trending video on social media captures Katrina Kaif commending cricketer Virat Kohli's talent and his significant contributions to the game. Reflecting on Kohli's journey, Salman Khan interjected, remarking, "You witnessed the evolution from Tiger 1 to Tiger 3, even at 57. Now, anticipate Tiger 4 at 60."

Discussing Tiger 3, the movie has raked in ₹224.50 million at the domestic box office. This film stands as Salman Khan's most successful opening to date and marks the fifth installment in the YRF Spy Universe. Within the Tiger franchise, Salman and Katrina play the roles of super spies Avinash Singh Rathore (Tiger) and Zoya.

Providing insights into the earnings on the eighth day, Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh mentioned, "Tiger 3 experienced a significant drop in business due to the IND vs AUS match. Business took a major hit post-noon due to this reason. [Week 2] Friday: ₹13 million, Saturday: ₹18.25 million, Sunday: ₹10.25 million. Total: ₹224.50 million. India business. Hindi version."

In his critique of the movie, Saibal Chatterjee from NDTV expressed, "Salman Khan, in his third portrayal as the superspy Avinash Singh Rathore, also known as Tiger, skillfully showcases the synergy of a compelling storyline by producer Aditya Chopra and a screenplay by Shridhar Raghavan. This demonstrates that the allure of an unstoppable hero performing daring leaps from various vantage points and landing gracefully is perennial. While the lead actor's charismatic presence adds to the appeal, Tiger 3, distinct from War and akin to Pathaan, transcends gender boundaries. Katrina Kaif shares a significant portion of the action, nearly matching the indomitable Tiger, whose death-defying exploits take center stage in this larger and more audacious third installment." Yash Raj Films is the production company behind Tiger 3, with Maneesh Sharma at the helm as the director.
