Michael B. Jordan emerged unscathed following a car accident in Hollywood on Saturday night, as confirmed by EW.

The 36-year-old director and star of Creed III was driving his blue Ferrari when it collided with a parked car at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Beachwood Drive, as reported by local TV station Fox 11. The Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed the collision to EW but refrained from disclosing the driver's identity or vehicle details. The spokesperson assured that there were no injuries, no signs of reckless driving, and no arrests were made.

On Monday, a representative for Jordan chose not to comment to EW. However, a source close to the actor informed The Hollywood Reporter that Jordan is "doing well." Despite his well-being, he opted to skip the Academy Museum Gala on Sunday night as a precautionary measure.

During the gala, which showcased the works of John Waters and Lourdes Portillo, Christopher Nolan presented Michael B. Jordan with the 2023 Vantage Award. Accepting the award on his behalf, Jordan's sister, Jamila, graced the event attended by luminaries such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Downey Jr., Dua Lipa, Salma Hayek, Lupita Nyong’o, Jennifer Connelly, Selena Gomez, and Taraji P. Henson. The occasion also paid tribute to Oprah Winfrey, Meryl Streep, and Sofia Coppola.

Jordan, recognized for his directorial debut in Creed III this year, reprised his role as Adonis Creed in the third installment of the Rocky spin-off series. The film features co-stars Tessa Thompson and Jonathan Majors and marks the series' first chapter without Sylvester Stallone's iconic character, Rocky.

Rumors suggest that Jordan is set to star alongside Will Smith in a sequel to the 2007 film "I Am Legend." Smith officially confirmed on Saturday that discussions with the Black Panther actor for the project are underway.
