The musician was thoroughly impressed by the unique doll.

Shania Twain was overwhelmed by the energy of excitement as she laid eyes on her official Barbie doll for the first time.

The singer behind "That Don’t Impress Me Much" shared a comical Instagram video featuring herself mimicking Ryan Gosling's Ken from Greta Gerwig's Barbie. Twain uploaded the clip on Thursday, where she humorously inspects her Barbie, clad in the iconic "Man! I Feel Like A Woman" attire, before returning it with a deadpan expression.

"Wait a moment," she comments, before disappearing around the corner. Moments later, her voice rings out, declaring, "SUBLIME!" After composing herself, Twain reappears and calmly responds, "Approved."

In a scene reminiscent of Twain's wit, Ken in Gosling's portrayal pivots within the confines of his Mojo Dojo Casa House and exclaims "sublime" when Barbie (played by Margot Robbie) proposes the idea of becoming his "long-term distance, low commitment, casual girlfriend." Yet, he nonchalantly retraces his steps, suggesting he needs time to ponder her proposition.

According to a press release, Twain is among eight celebrities worldwide who have been recognized by Mattel with their own unique Barbie dolls in commemoration of International Women's Day on Thursday.

This year, in celebration of its 65th anniversary, the company decided to pay tribute to Mark Twain, alongside esteemed personalities such as Academy Award winners Viola Davis and Dame Helen Mirren, Grammy winner Kylie Minogue, content creator Maira Gomez, Oscar-nominated director Lila Avilés, model Nicole Fujita, and comedian Enissa Amani. These individuals were chosen because they have consistently utilized their platforms for positive impact.

In another Instagram post, Twain beamed with pride as she posed alongside her doll. "Ladies and gentlemen... meet HER," she wrote in the caption. "I'm thrilled to be acknowledged as a Barbie role model - now I have my very own unique Barbie doll!! Can't believe it!!"

"My lifelong passion has been crafting narratives of empowerment, independence, and self-expression through my songwriting. Fulfilling this purpose and inspiring women and girls along the journey is my ultimate dream. Everything beyond that is simply a delightful extra!" Twain expressed. "Extending my role model influence into the Barbie world holds significant meaning to me. Gratitude to @barbie and Mattel for bringing forth this representation of myself. I adore her!"

"Now, the final step remaining is for Gosling to bring the circle full circle as he channels Twain while performing "I'm Just Ken" at the Oscars this Sunday."
