Who truly uttered the words "I do," and who didn't even reach the aisle?

The latest installment of Love Is Blind concluded with a mix of joy and sorrow as the pod couples reached their long-awaited finale weddings. Amidst the emotional rollercoaster, viewers were left wondering who among the season 6 cast exchanged vows and who parted ways with shattered hearts. Additionally, some couples failed to even reach the altar.

Similar to the previous season, only a solitary pair managed to say "I do" in the season 6 finale. However, the episode brimmed with enough unexpected twists and turns to rival a contemporary soap opera. Keep reading to uncover the destinies of each couple.

Jimmy and Chelsea

Following last week's suspenseful conclusion, where Jimmy left Chelsea on the edge by questioning her about her decision at the altar, the finale wastes no time in picking up the thread. Chelsea's response is heartfelt, expressing her newfound security in their relationship and her vision of a shared future. However, her hopes are dashed when Jimmy unexpectedly declares his aversion to the idea of marriage, leaving her devastated. It becomes apparent that Jimmy manipulated her into revealing her vulnerable feelings only to crush her dreams mercilessly.

Shell-shocked, Chelsea struggles to process Jimmy's revelation as he attempts to justify his sudden stance. Their conversation spirals into a heated argument, rehashing unresolved issues from their tumultuous season together. From doubts about Jimmy's sincerity in professing love to accusations of betrayal stemming from Chelsea's on-camera revelation about his past relationship, their confrontation covers every painful aspect of their relationship. In the end, Chelsea reluctantly acknowledges Jimmy's belief that their bond is beyond repair and tearfully walks away from their date, signaling the definitive end of their relationship.

Clay and AD

Following the bachelor/bachelorette parties of the two remaining couples, Clay and AD's wedding takes the lead. Signs of trouble emerge right from the beginning as AD eagerly anticipates the next phase of their relationship, while Clay remains preoccupied with his father's indiscretions, repeatedly emphasizing AD's role in his personal growth.

At the altar, initial optimism gives way to uncertainty. Both Clay and AD exchange heartfelt vows, appearing genuinely moved. However, when prompted to affirm his commitment, Clay hesitates, expressing gratitude for their journey together but ultimately admitting he's not ready to say "I do" due to unresolved personal issues. This contradicts AD's ultimatum earlier in the season, leaving her stunned and ultimately walking away from the ceremony with a simple, expletive-laden response.

After the emotional exchange in her dressing room, he seeks her out to offer further explanation, admitting he wasn't prepared for marriage and made a last-minute decision. Despite his apologies and promises to seek therapy and work on their relationship, she feels used and like a mere stepping stone in his journey of self-discovery. Tearfully, she expresses her pain, reaffirming her commitment but admitting she can't see a future with him.

Meanwhile, outside, Clay's parents engage in a candid conversation. His mother confronts his father about Clay's commitment issues stemming from witnessing his father's infidelity. Although his father tries to deflect blame onto his own upbringing, his mother reveals newfound knowledge about his past transgressions, expressing her desire to break the cycle of brokenness for their son's sake. She commends Clay for his efforts to rise above their family's history.

Johnny and Amy

The couple's resolve remained unshaken even amidst discussions about birth control. Surpassing all challenges, the season concludes on a joyous and optimistic tone with Johnny and Amy exchanging vows in marriage. Their ceremony is filled with heartfelt emotions, leaving no doubt that they are committed to each other. As they stand at the altar, Amy eagerly says "yes," followed promptly by Johnny. Cheers erupt as they seal their union with a kiss, Johnny sweeping Amy off her feet in a moment of pure elation. The remainder of their wedding is spent in blissful revelry, as they express their love, indulge in kisses, drinks, and dancing, marking the beginning of their married life together.

Jeramey and ... Sarah Ann?

Regarding the final couple from season 6, Jeramey and Sarah Ann's journey might still be unfolding amidst the waves of love and betrayal, as neither they nor his ex-fiancée Laura make an appearance in the finale. Thus, the question remains: What transpired within this complex love triangle?
