Emergency responders from Heartland Fire were dispatched promptly to the intersection of Lily Avenue and Clarke Drive at 6:16 p.m. Upon arrival, they were met with a chaotic scene as multiple power lines lay in disarray, a consequence of the crash. Notably, San Diego Gas & Electric (SDGE) mobilized quickly to secure the live wires, mitigating further potential hazards.

Following a recent incident, the SDG&E Outage Map has highlighted over 1,400 affected customers in the SDGE area, indicating a significant power disruption.
