Barry Keoghan recently addressed the rumors surrounding Sabrina Carpenter's breakup with a subtle response.
Over the weekend, Sabrina took to Instagram to share a striking photo of herself in a revealing blue dress and heels.
In her caption, she announced, "Just one week to go until 'Short n' Sweet'! I've created a special limited-edition vinyl with an exclusive bonus track titled 'Needless to Say' just for you all."
The Dunkirk actor showed support for Sabrina by liking her latest Instagram post, quashing rumors of their breakup that were recently spread by the celebrity gossip account DeuxMoi on the photo-sharing platform. The account had suggested that Barry and Sabrina had ended their relationship a few months after making it public.
Sabrina, who was seen with Barry at a Grammy afterparty in February 2024, had high praise for The Green Knight star.
In a previous interview with Variety, the singer shared Barry's reaction to the music video for her new single, Please Please Please, in which he also appeared.
Sabrina said, "He loved the song. He’s really into the lyrics, and I’m incredibly thankful for that."
The singer-songwriter added, "I don’t want to sound biased, but I believe he’s one of the most talented actors of this generation."
During a June interview with Rolling Stone, Carpenter was asked about her boyfriend Barry. She responded, "The dating scene is what it is, and when you come across people who are genuine, talented, and incredible in every way, that's who you connect with."
She continued, "I’m known for writing songs that reflect my true emotions, so it’s no shock that people are curious about the inspiration behind them. It's just part of the package."
