Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have officially become parents!
The 30-year-old musician and his 27-year-old model-entrepreneur wife have welcomed their first child. Justin announced the exciting news on Friday, August 23.
He shared a photo on Instagram with the caption, "WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER." Hailey quickly followed suit, posting the same image to her Instagram Stories with the baby’s name and a teddy bear and blue heart emoji.
Justin's mother, Pattie Mallette, celebrated the news on Twitter, writing, "CONGRATULATIONS @justinbieber & Hailey. I LOVE YOU FOREVER BABY JACK!!"
Stephen Baldwin, Hailey’s father, re-shared Mallette’s tweet, adding, "Amen, Congratulations to you and may God continue to bless our family."
In May 2024, the couple revealed their pregnancy announcement on Instagram, sharing their joyous news with followers. A spokesperson for Hailey later informed PEOPLE that the model was slightly over six months along at that point.
In the vow renewal video, Hailey dazzled in a long, lacy white gown and a veil that accentuated her growing baby bump. She shared several photos of herself with Justin in a field, where he stood behind her, his arms wrapped around her belly, showcasing their matching wedding rings.
Her caption was straightforward, simply tagging her husband.
The couple first married in September 2018 at a New York City courthouse, just two months after their engagement. They later had a larger celebration in Bluffton, South Carolina, where they exchanged vows and Tiffany wedding bands at sunset in the presence of family and friends.
In October, Hailey graced the cover of GQ Hype and discussed the pregnancy rumors surrounding her. She reflected on how these rumors have affected her, noting that similar speculation has occurred multiple times before.

"It's really disheartening when I feel bloated and people assume I'm pregnant. It would be dishonest to say I don't care about that."
She added with honesty, "When that day finally comes, you, as in the internet, will be the last to know."
Though she had previously talked about wanting to raise her children away from the public eye, she admitted that it now seems "probably totally unavoidable."
"That was before I was married, and back then, I didn’t even know who I'd end up marrying," she explained.
Despite her concerns, she shared that motherhood is something she is "eagerly looking forward to."
"It's a deeply personal and private matter. It will happen in its own time."
"And honestly, it's quite amusing how invested people are in it. Let me make choices about my body, and you make your own decisions about yours. Let's just leave it at that," she remarked.
Justin has frequently expressed his desire to start a family with Hailey. During a December 2020 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, he mentioned that he was honoring his wife's timing.
"I'm open to having as many children as Hailey wants to have. I'd love to have a big family," the "Baby" singer shared. "But it's ultimately her decision. I believe she wants to have a few."
