Ellen DeGeneres Remembers Late Stephen 'tWitch' Boss on His Birthday

Stephen “tWitch” Boss was a beloved DJ, dancer, and co-executive producer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

Ellen DeGeneres honored her late friend and colleague, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, on his birthday.

“Happy birthday, tWitch,” the 66-year-old television host posted on Instagram on Sunday, September 29. “I miss you every day.”

The touching photo shared by Ellen was captured during her heartfelt farewell to Stephen “tWitch” Boss when The Ellen DeGeneres Show concluded in 2022.

Boss, who began his journey as DeGeneres’ talk show DJ in 2014 after gaining fame on So You Think You Can Dance Season 4, was later promoted to executive producer. He was tragically found dead at the age of 40 in a Los Angeles hotel in December 2022.

In her grief, DeGeneres took to Instagram again at that time to express her deep sorrow.

“I’m heartbroken,” she wrote alongside a poignant photo of her and Boss embracing.

“tWitch was pure love and light. He was my family, and I loved him with all my heart. I will miss him. Please send your love and support to Allison and his beautiful children - Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia.”
