Harris Dickinson, the talented actor starring alongside Nicole Kidman in the highly anticipated film Babygirl, lauds Kidman for her courageous and fearless approach while filming. He credits the acclaimed actress with establishing the “tone” on set, particularly during intimate scenes.

“[Kidman] sets the tone on set, making it incredibly easy to be vulnerable and humorous because she is so daring,” Dickinson shared in an exclusive interview with Variety.

“Her bravery is remarkable; she engages in scenes that leave you astonished, thinking, ‘What the f–k is that?’ It’s beyond what you can even conceive,” Dickinson added, reflecting on his experience.

The Iron Claw star’s admiration for the Big Little Lies actress surfaced as he recalled feeling “embarrassed” during one particular scene where he performed bare-bod while dancing to a George Michael hit.

According to the movie’s synopsis, Babygirl narrates the tale of “a powerful CEO who risks everything—her career and family—when she embarks on a passionate affair with a significantly younger intern.”

Kidman previously discussed feeling “liberated” and secure while filming the intimate scenes with Dickinson, crediting the presence of a female director.

“We would exchange glances and say, ‘Okay,’” she recounted to People, expressing her trust in her younger co-star while also praising the film’s director, Halina Reijn.

“With the director at the helm, you have someone saying, ‘I will protect you. Nothing that ends up in the film will be outside your comfort zone. You are going to be okay,’” Kidman explained regarding Reijn’s supportive presence.
