"A doll inspired by 'The Exorcist' truly captures the essence of Christmas."

When Whoopi Goldberg made her entrance onto The View stage last Friday, she was in for an unexpected surprise. The Ghost actress and horror enthusiast took her place at the Hot Topics Table only to find it had been playfully decorated by her cohosts. They had left her a delightful assortment of early Christmas gifts, including candies, festive decorations, and even an Exorcist action figure.

Goldberg, appearing genuinely puzzled by the festive display on her side of the desk, kicked off the broadcast by extending a warm welcome to everyone before candidly questioning, "What's going on with all of this?"

Sara Haines described it as part of an enduring office tradition shared by staff and celebrities alike. "The idea is to spread some holiday cheer—exchange gifts, share some treats—and then keep the jingle going," she explained, while Whoopi Goldberg, visibly moved, displayed the eerie glow-in-the-dark Regan doll she had received. "I was the inaugural host to be 'jingled,' and it really suits your vibe," Haines remarked.

Ana Navarro chimed in, disclosing that Joy Behar had recently "jingled" her as well. "She filled my dressing room with pictures of Gerry, the Golden Bachelor guy—I don't watch the show. Then, she had these two Christmas ornaments that were so naughty they had to be blurred," Navarro recounted, with a projection of risqué cartoon Santas on the screen.

Navarro then showcased a sizable golden necklace reading 'Ho Ho Ho,' stating, "I thought it was a Christmas decoration on my door, but Sara says it's a name tag."

Haines interjected, "And we couldn't let Whoopi escape without some jingle jangle."

Despite Goldberg's initial skepticism about the gifts, she clutched the action figure closely, prompting Alyssa Farah Griffin to comment, "I like The Exorcist. That's a fitting addition."

Haines tapped the top of the box, noting, "Right on brand with Whoopi, right here. 'Tis the season!"

Navarro humorously added, "Nothing quite screams Christmas like an Exorcist doll."
