In the season 14 finale of the show, Dr. Arizona Robbins relocated to New York City.

Dr. Arizona Robbins is making a comeback to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, as announced by ABC during its Winter TCA Press Tour on Saturday. Jessica Capshaw will be reprising her beloved role as the pediatric surgeon in Season 20 of Grey’s Anatomy. Joining her as guest stars are fellow alum Alex Landi, known as Dr. Nico Kim.

In addition to the returning veterans, the cast will be enriched by two newcomers: Natalie Morales and Freddy Miyares. Miyares will take on a recurring role as Dorian, a character described as "intelligent, warm, and likable" who finds himself grappling with his future after a serious accident, according to a press release.

Morales has been cast as Monica Beltran, a pediatric surgeon renowned for her pragmatism and cool-headed approach, distinguishing her as one of the finest in her field. Described as a professional who isn't afraid to push boundaries in the pursuit of top-tier patient care, her actions are a blend of admiration and frustration for those around her.

But that's just scratching the surface. ABC tantalizingly hinted at forthcoming announcements regarding additional guest stars. The series, slated to kick off its milestone 20th season on March 14 on the network, will have episodes available for streaming on Hulu the following day.

Arizona, a beloved member of the Grey Sloan Memorial team since season 5, bid farewell to Seattle in the season 14 finale, opting to start anew in New York City. There, she reunited with her daughter Sofia and her ex-wife Callie (Sara Ramirez), igniting speculation about a potential reconciliation.

Landi portrayed Nico, the series' inaugural openly gay male surgeon, for a span of four years. Following his breakup with Levi (Jake Borelli), Nico departed Grey Sloan to embark on a fresh professional journey with the Seattle Mariners.
